Each piece of jewelry is individually handmade to order. Our orders typically ship fast within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. If the item happens to be out of stock or unavailable, we’ll let you know by e-mail and get you an estimated delivery date. All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

International online orders

International online ordering is available for eligible orders shipping to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Austria, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Our currently configured international shipping option is Economy International at $30 USD for orders with a shipping weight of 0.1–1 lb, inclusive, as calculated at checkout. Availability depends on your delivery address and the items in your order. Enter your address at checkout to confirm the available shipping option and final shipping charge before placing your order.

International inquiries and custom quotes

For destinations not listed above, orders with a shipping weight below 0.1 lb or above 1 lb, or any order for which checkout does not show a shipping option, please contact us at info@shopmombasa.com before ordering. Include your destination and the items and quantities you would like to purchase so we can confirm whether shipping is available and provide a custom quote. These orders are inquiry-only until we confirm availability and shipping costs; contacting us does not guarantee that we can ship to your destination.

We can provide you the shipping cost and you will be responsible for any custom fees that may apply.
